Little Bealings Borrowers - after school group

Download our programme for November and December here!

Little Bealings Borrowers meets on Wednesdays after school and was formed by Lightwave in partnership with East Suffolk Community Partnership, Bealings School and Little Bealings Church. Our strapline is ‘Do something small to be part of something big’. We’re helping children and their families to see that caring for the natural world begins in a small way, on our doorstep, near our home or school.

Little Bealings Church is part of the Eco Church awards scheme and already actively managed by kind volunteers to benefit people and nature. As well as enhancing biodiversity in the churchyard, we have fun, discover new skills and learn together, which all benefits our physical, spiritual and mental health and well-being. At the end of each session we often include a Bible verse and ask the question ‘What made you go WOW?’ Like many who visit the churchyard, we reflect on the beauty of nature, God the creator and his creation.

The group is for children of any age and their parents, after school on Wednesdays, 3:10 – 3:50pm in Little Bealings churchyard. Please come and join us, we’d love to see you.
